In a separate written reply, Singh stated the CSR-related disclosures are filed by the businesses within the MCA 21 portal.
He stated that at any time when a violation of CSR provisions is reported, motion in opposition to such non-compliant corporations is initiated as per provisions of the Firms Act after due examination of data and following due means of legislation.
